At Teethfy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all physical products purchased directly from our website.

Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit if:

  • You received a product with a damaged or contaminated package
  • You received a defective or faulty product
  • You received the wrong item
  • You changed your mind and wish to return the product

Important:

This policy applies only to purchases made on our website. Products purchased from other retailers or sellers are subject to their respective return policies.

Return Timeframes and Refund Amounts

Within 14 Days of Delivery:

If you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • We will refund the full product price
  • We will refund the initial standard delivery fee (express or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable)

After 14 Days but Within 60 Days:

If you notify us after 14 days but within 60 days of receiving your order:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • We will refund the product price only
  • Initial delivery fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 - Contact Customer Service

Contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal). Please provide:

Step 2 - Receive Return Authorization
